CPRS: Holistic Communications – How Touch Points Work in Tandem

Don't miss this unique opportunity to hear Ipsos ASI's Majid Khoury share research backed insights from our comprehensive 360 holistic communications program. During this session, Majid will share 10 key learnings about how different touch points work together and the impact of different touch points on building brands and generating interest in purchase/usage. In addition, a hands-on workshop has been designed to show you how best to optimize holistic communications. The workshop will include empirical learning from 360 evaluations on how different touch points work and the impact they have on purchase intent and building the brand. Bring your own cases studies and work with workshop provided examples.

Workshop Outline:

  1. Introduction and discussion of session outcome (15 minutes)
  2. Define Holistic Communication – a group discussion (30 minutes)
  3. Challenges with impact measurements – 15 minutes
  4. What are we learning about holistic communications and impact of different touch points (a longer version of the lunch presentation (60 minutes)
  5. Case studies – group work, critique of examples of holistic campaigns using multiple touch-points
